Lafayette Job - Sealection Agribalance
Spray insulated a shopping center with Demilec Sealection Agribalance spray foam insulation. Applied at 5 inches (R-22.5) to the roof deck and 3 inches (R-13.5) to the walls.
Sealection Agribalance spray foam is semi-rigid, open-cell, polyurethane insulation with an R-value of 4.5. Its ease of application has taken insulation performance to a whole new level. The open-cell foam accomplishes three goals:
1- sealing out dust and pollen.
2- reducing extraneous noise. and
3- generating energy efficiency that noticeably lowers every month's utility bill.

Lafayette Job - Heatlok Soy
Spray insulation applied 1 1/2 inches of Demilec Heatlok Soy to an 1800 sq. ft. metal building. By spraying we were able to drastically reduce the amount of heat transfer which allowed for a more comfortable working area. Not only does Demilec Heatlok Soy have excellent thermal resistance, but it also adds tremendous structural stability to the building (tensile strength 51.5 psi).
Another benefit of spraying Heatlok Soy to this structure is that it has prolonged the life of the building by eliminating the possibility of rust and corrosion from occurring.

Spray Right Louisiana applied Demilec Sealection 500 spray foam to an existing residential home with a 2100 square feet addition. Applied at 3 inches to the exterior walls and 6 inches to the cathedral roof.
Sealection 500 was applied to the following addition as an air barrier to help eliminate the transfer of warm & moist air throughout the walls. By stopping that air movement, moisture will not become trapped inside the wall cavity creating an environment for the growth of mold and mildew; it will instead create a comfortable draft-free, condensation-free, environment in one single application.
